The reason for this situation is that
1. Bluetooth device are out of range or turned off.
2. Bluetooth aren’t in pairing mode.

Conclusion
One should make sure that both devices are “On” and support the connection.
Also check if both devices are compatible with each other. Enable paring mode in both the devices and make sure the devices are also in discoverable mode.

Not try to connect by placing them together at a short distance of 1 - 2 meters. If still not working try to reset your device and reconnect.

No sound from the audio device when connected to the TV via Bluetooth.

In this case, the problem is that the TV is not connected to the bluetooth device as expected.  That data packet that has been transmitted is not received by the audio device.

Viceversa, There might be errors with the transmitter as well in some cases.

One should try to pair the TV with the bluetooth device again and check if the volume in the TV or in the bluetooth device may be low.

The next step would be a “Forget Bluetooth Connection” option. Where you will be resetting the existing bluetooth configuration and adding it as a new device again. 

Note: Always make sure that your receiving audio device is fully charged.
